Who is it aimed at?

The Responsible Employee and The Responsible Manager series are relevant to all new and existing employees and managers or anyone seeking a new position and wishing to improve their skills and knowledge. 

They are especially helpful when a used as part of an employer's staff induction training as they provide basic introduction of key issues which could reduce the amount of more formal, classroom  training
