Train for work learning programmes are designed to provide a platform of employee awareness on subjects of major topical interest to employers.
They can be free-standing in their own right, eg as an induction programme with verifiable outcomes. Some employers will use them as a base on which they then build additional knowledge and skills, more specific to their needs, with follow-on training and / or coaching in the workplace.
All Train for work courses:

All the courses are delivered online over the Internet - learners only require a PC and Internet access, no special software or downloads.
You may register, purchase your programmes online and start your chosen courses immediately. You can interrupt your studies at any time and return to or repeat the course modules as many times as you wish. The learning management system will track your progress and keep a personal record of your end-of-course quiz scores.
Alternatively, companies can purchase a 'group booking' enabling a number of staff to self-register for the programmes. A unique company code is entered by authorised staff members which acts as a 'pre-paid' voucher.
This service provides an easy and timely solution to providing awareness and attitudinal induction training at the point of need.
