Who is it aimed at?
The Responsible Employee and The Responsible Manager series are relevant to all new and existing employees and managers or anyone seeking a new position and wishing to improve their skills and knowledge.
These introductory level programmes may be used as standalone courses or as part of an employer's staff induction training.
Why join this Programme?
As an employer, manager or employee you share a responsibility to ensure that key company policies and procedures are followed.
These policies cover areas such as health and safety, the way we engage with colleagues and the responsible use of technology.
In many of these areas, there may be legal implications for both the employer or employee if these procedures are not followed.
Train for Work - what is it?
Train for work is a unique, online learning portal, available under licence to any organisation that wishes to develop, or prepare, people for the workplace. It aims to offer useful and relevant, self-study training for everyone currently in work, or planning to be in work - that's also fun to do!
How does it work?
All the courses are accessed online via this learning portal.
Individuals may purchase courses online using a credit card or PayPal account and start immediately.
